The 3rd Delhi State Para Athletics Championship 2026, organised under the aegis of the Divyang Para Sports Association of Delhi (DPSA), concluded today with a grand closing ceremony in Delhi.
The championship brought together para athletes from across the capital and concluded with the distribution of medals and participation certificates. A key outcome of the event was the qualification of around 100 athletes for the upcoming Para National Athletics Championship, reflecting the competitive standards of the meet.
The closing ceremony was attended by Sandeep Marwah, Chairman, Marwah Studios, as Chief Guest, and Arunima, Editor (Investigative), CNN-News18, as Guest of Honour. The event was held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium under the leadership of Parul, President, Delhi Paralympic Committee.
DPSA thanked its sponsors VKDL Advisory Council, Ram Rattan Group, and AXM (Event Partner), and acknowledged its association with SAKSHAM and support from the Sant Nirankari Mission.

The association also expressed gratitude to Delhi Cabinet Minister Ravinder Indraj Singh and the Delhi Government for their continued support towards para sports, equal opportunities, and grievance redressal for Divyang athletes.
