Northern Railway Cancels 45 Trains to Jammu Amid Heavy Rainfall, Sets Up Help Desks

Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay, Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of Northern Railway, announced that due to sudden heavy rainfall in the Jammu region over the past few days, Northern Railway has taken precautionary measures to ensure passenger safety. Approximately 45 trains heading towards Jammu have been canceled, and 25 trains have been short-terminated for a brief period. To assist affected passengers, help desks have been established at New Delhi Railway Station, Jammu Tawi Railway Station, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Railway Station, and Pathankot. Additionally, helpline numbers have been set up for support:
