Indira IVF Expands Footprint in Rajasthan with New Fertility Clinic in Sikar

Clinic aims to make fertility treatments more accessible, reducing travel and delays for patients

Sikar, Rajasthan | August 31, 2025

Indira IVF Hospital Limited (“Indira IVF”), one of India’s leading fertility chains, has further strengthened its presence in Rajasthan with the inauguration of its new fertility clinic in Sikar. Located at Shanti Plaza, 2nd Floor, Rani Sati Road, opposite Rajendra Hospital, the centre aims to provide accessible and advanced fertility solutions to couples in the region.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by distinguished guests including Swami Sumedhanand Saraswati, Hon. Ex-MP Sikar and Member of Arya Samaj, who attended as the Chief Guest. Dr. G. L. Rathi, Senior Surgeon and Director, Smt. Vishnu Kanta Rathi Memorial Cancer and Multi-Speciality Hospital, Sikar, joined as the Guest of Honour.

Other notable attendees included Dr. Ashok Kumar Mahariya, Chief Medical and Health Officer, Sikar; Dr. Sharda Mehala, Senior Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and Director, Ruchika Nursing Home & Research Centre, Sikar; and Mr. Rajendra Khandelwal, Social Activist and Vice President, Gopinath Goshala, Sikar. From Indira IVF, Dr. Tanu Batra, Centre Head (Vaishali Nagar) and Zonal Clinical Head (West Zone), and Dr. Varsha Sharma, Centre Head, Indira IVF Sikar, were also present.

Speaking at the occasion, Swami Sumedhanand Saraswati highlighted the importance of localised fertility services:
“Access to fertility care should not depend on distance. Couples from Sikar and nearby regions earlier had to travel far for treatment, adding emotional and financial strain. With this new clinic, advanced care is now available within the community itself, ensuring timely intervention.”

Echoing the sentiment, Dr. G. L. Rathi remarked, “Many couples delay seeking fertility treatment due to lack of awareness and absence of dedicated facilities. This clinic will encourage early consultation, ensuring families receive the right medical support at the right time.”

Mr. Nitiz Murdia, Managing Director, Indira IVF, said, “Every expansion reflects our commitment to bringing quality fertility care closer to aspiring parents. With the Sikar clinic, we are bridging a critical gap, ensuring both urban and rural families can access advanced treatments without traveling long distances.”

Adding to this, Dr. Tanu Batra stated, “Accessibility plays a key role in fertility care. With the new Sikar centre, couples will no longer have to delay treatment, thereby improving their chances of success.”

Dr. Varsha Sharma, Centre Head, Indira IVF Sikar, further noted, “There has been a steady rise in demand for fertility services in Sikar and nearby districts. Our approach is to combine medical expertise with personalised care, so that every couple feels supported throughout their journey.”

With the launch of its Sikar clinic, Indira IVF continues to expand its network across India, making fertility treatments more accessible while raising awareness about reproductive health. The new centre will play a pivotal role in serving the growing demand for advanced fertility care in Rajasthan.
