Business Icon Awards 2025 Celebrates Leaders Driving Excellence Across Media, PR, and Industry

New Delhi, July 31, 2025

The Media Federation of India is a reputed national organization formed by a group of journalist associations to work for the welfare and upliftment of media professionals. It organized the Business Icon Awards & Seminar 2025 with resounding success at the Press Club of India, New Delhi. The event recognized professionals and institutions for their outstanding contributions across media, public relations, healthcare, real estate, corporate governance, and more.

The Business Icon Awards 2025 honoured exemplary individuals and institutions whose work has set benchmarks in their respective fields. Among those felicitated were Shri Prem Mishra from Prem Video for his contribution to camera technique, Shri Neeshant Vats of Public Asia for new media, and Dr. Nitin Verma from Central Group of Hospitals, Bhopal, for health and wellness. Shri Manoj Sharma was recognized for his impactful work in public relations, while Shri Manish Bajpai of DD News was awarded for electronic media. Shri Raj Singh Kashyap of Raju Publicity was honoured for outdoor publicity, and LIC of India was acknowledged for its excellence in the life insurance sector.

Further recognitions were given to Shri Pradeep Dabas for journalism and digital media, Mrs. Urvashi Gaur from the USA for global news presentation, and Shri Sangram Singh of Jeeva Film Production for his role in film production. Shri Atul Agarwal, Editor-in-Chief of Hindi Khabar, was awarded for quality Hindi news content, Shri Shiv Shankar for news channel distribution, Shri Ashutosh Parshuram Pandya, Editor-in-Chief of G18 News, for journalism, and Shri Shivam Yadav, Director of Keymark Reality, Bhopal, for his work in real estate. Bharat Aluminium Company Limited, Korba, was awarded for best practices in corporate governance.

The event witnessed the presence of several esteemed dignitaries who also took part in the award distribution. These included Mr. Manoj Lal, Executive Director of NSIC; Mr. Madhukar Rajesh, ACP, Delhi Police; Mr. Om Prakash, Ex General Manager (PR) of PFC; Mr. Gautam Lehri, President of the Press Club of India; Mr. Jogender Solanki, President of the Delhi Chapter of MFI; and Mr. Arun Sharma, National President of the Media Federation of India.

The seminar featured insightful sessions led by notable speakers including Shri Manish Bajpai from DD News, senior pediatrician Dr. Ajay Gambhir, senior surgeon Dr. Anju Gambhir, Shri Atul Agarwal of Hindi Khabar, Mr. Gautam Lehri, Mr. Manoj Lal, and Shri Jogender Solanki. The speakers discussed evolving trends in media, the importance of ethical practices, and the role of cross-industry collaboration in fostering professional excellence.

Speaking at the occasion, Arun Sharma, National President of MFI, said, “Business Icon Awards is not just a felicitation program; it’s a platform to honour commitment, innovation, and ethical professionalism across sectors. MFI remains committed to strengthening the media ecosystem and allied fields through such collaborative recognitions.”

Awardee Manoj Sharma, a distinguished PR professional and founder of PR Guru, shared, “I’m honoured to receive this award from MFI. This recognition reinforces the growing significance of public relations in shaping informed and meaningful communication in our country.”
