Indira IVF Launches State-of-the-Art Fertility Centre in Fort, Mumbai

Launch strengthens Indira IVF’s commitment to expanding fertility services across India.

New Delhi: Indira IVF Hospital Limited (Indira IVF) has announced the inauguration of its latest fertility clinic in Fort, Mumbai, reinforcing its mission to deliver accessible and reliable reproductive healthcare.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by chief guest Dr. Gautam Bhansali, Consultant Physician, Bombay Hospital. The event also saw the presence of Indira IVF doctors, Dr. Sarah Zaidi, Executive Director and Cluster Business Head at Indira IVF, Dadar, along with Dr. Shweta Surendra Kadam, Centre Head, Indira IVF Fort, Mumbai.

Speaking at the launch, Dr. Gautam Bhansali shared: “With the addition of this new Indira IVF centre in Mumbai, access to fertility services continues to expand for our people. Couples who come to Mumbai for treatment will benefit from the trusted care offered here. Ensuring accessible healthcare is vital, and this clinic represents a positive step forward for our community.”

Reflecting on the expansion, Mr. Nitiz Murdia, Managing Director of Indira IVF, said: “The inauguration of our Mumbai clinic further strengthens our commitment to enhancing access to fertility care across key regions. Each new centre is created to offer a reassuring environment where patients feel informed, guided, and supported throughout their journey.”

Sharing her thoughts, Dr. Sarah Zaidi, Executive Director and Cluster Business Head, Chief Infertility specialist at Indira IVF, Dadar, said: “Awareness around reproductive health is growing, yet many couples still hesitate to take the first step. Our Mumbai centre aims to bridge this gap by offering guidance and support, helping families make informed choices at the right time.”

Dr. Shweta Surendra Kadam, Centre Head, Indira IVF Fort, Mumbai, added “With our fertility centre in Mumbai, we aim to guide individuals and couples in understanding their reproductive health and the importance of early consultation. When people have access to the right information, they are better equipped to make informed and confident decisions.”

Adding to its network of fertility services across 169 clinics in India as of March 31, 2025, the Fort centre seeks to improve access to reproductive care. This expansion enables Indira IVF to meet the needs of a diverse population, providing reliable information and fostering greater awareness about fertility health.
